All payments are non-refundable.

No charges apply if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

You will be charged for missed appointments or if you only choose some of the services booked.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your nail tech may adjust your service to avoid inconveniencing the next client.

Anyone who forgets or deliberately skips their appointment will be charged for their next booking.

For bookings of 3 or more people, full payment is required. This is non-refundable if cancelled on the appointment day.

If you reschedule more than 3 times or miss appointments more than twice, our system may block your booking. The salon manager may also decline bookings at her discretion.
